As an enthusiastic liberal arts student, Lauren (Communication and Media, ‘89) knew early on of her interest in writing and working in fashion. Through internships at ALLURE and SELF magazines, her position as Director of Retail and Advertising for Polo Jeans Company, to freelancing for VOGUE, Lauren has a deep knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle world. Join Lauren for a conversation about pursuing work that is both viable and a passion point, and gain real-life insights into an elusive industry.
